Who sees my drawings and specs?
In the first round, a neutralised version, and only with your OK: no company name, no customer, no original part number, nothing that points to you. The shortlisted factory signs an NNN (non-use, non-disclosure, non-circumvention) in Chinese, under Chinese law, before it gets your full package. Want an NDA with us before you send anything? Just ask.
How do I know it matches my spec?
Samples or a first lot before series, shipped with the factory's measurement or test report against your spec and the material certificate. You check them your way. Series starts on your written approval. Every order gets a pre-shipment inspection per ISO 2859-1, AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, unless your spec says tighter.
Who owns the tooling, and what does it cost?
You do. Moulds, dies and fixtures are paid by you, listed as a separate line in the quote, and named as your property in the factory contract and in our agreement. Tooling cost is on the first quote, not a surprise later.
What are the lead times?
Quotes in a few working days from your spec. Samples or first articles in 1 to 6 weeks, longer if a mould has to be built. Series from one week to 3 months, plus 4 to 6 weeks by sea. Concrete dates per item before you commit.
