How many SKUs can I send?
As many as you have: one SKU, fifty, or the full catalog. Up to 5 SKUs cost €100 + VAT, credited to our fee when you order. For a longer list you get the same report at a fixed price, agreed before we start, with a delivery date.
What if you can't beat my price?
Then you don't pay the fee, and we tell you in writing. Like for like: our landed cost per unit, fee included, against yours today, with the same freight and duty assumptions. You keep buying where you buy now.
Will my current supplier find out?
No. The enquiry goes to factories without your name, your prices or your supplier's name. You see the factory names when you order samples. Want an NDA before you send anything? Just ask.
Do I have to change forwarder?
No. Keep your forwarder and your customs broker. Factories quote FOB or EXW, so your logistics stay as they are. No forwarder yet? We can help arrange one.
