Packaging and artwork: what do you need from me?
Your logo and artwork as vector files, or a photo of the box you sell now. Box, carton, EAN and barcode placement are agreed in writing before the deposit, and the packaging sample comes with the product sample.
Compliance documents in my name: how does that work?
You place the product on the EU market, so the Declaration of Conformity carries your company. We get the test reports that apply (CE, REACH, RoHS and others) from the factory or an accredited lab and hand them over before the goods ship. Missing test? You know the cost before you order.
What's the minimum per SKU?
Our minimum is €10k per order, not per SKU. The factory's MOQ per SKU sits on the quote next to the price. Five SKUs that add up to €10k is a normal first order.
How long until it's on the shelf?
Quotes in a few working days. Samples with your packaging in 1 to 6 weeks. Production one week to 3 months, then 4 to 6 weeks by sea. First order: 3 to 6 months. Re-orders: production plus freight.
