Is there a minimum?
€10,000 per order. Under that our percentage doesn't cover the work, so we don't take it. Above it, the MOQ per SKU comes from the factory and sits on the quote next to the price. Five SKUs that add up to €10k is a normal first order.
Spare parts, installation and service?
Spare and wear parts go on the same order, priced upfront, and the warranty terms go into the factory contract. We don't install or service on site. If you need it, we ask the factory for remote support or a technician visit and put it on the quote.
How long does a project take?
Quotes in a few working days for a normal list; a long one gets a date upfront. Samples in 1 to 6 weeks. Production one week to 3 months, then 4 to 6 weeks by sea. Plan 3 to 6 months from your first message to delivery on site.
